In the event of a dispute, the consumer can resort to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (RAL) entity. Under Law No. 144/2015, of September 8, in the event of a dispute, the consumer can appeal to a Consumer Conflict Arbitration Center. In Portugal, the following entities are available:

Applicable law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law.

In the event of a dispute, Portuguese law will apply, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection standards that are applicable.
